At Sette Suites & Rooms we respect your personal data and your privacy. This notice relates solely to the recording and processing of data arising from inbound telephone calls.
Inbound telephone calls to the property are recorded and transcribed. The purpose of this processing is to ensure and improve service quality, and to handle reservations and requests accurately. You are informed of the recording by an audio announcement at the start of each call.
Processing is based on the legitimate interests of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), following a balancing assessment against your rights and freedoms.

Recordings and their transcriptions are retained for 90 days from the date of the call. After this period they are automatically deleted.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure visits. Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are stored only with your consent, which you give or refuse in the notice shown on your first visit; without consent Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no analytics cookies are stored. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
The home page and the contact page also embed a Google Maps map, which loads only if you click “Show map”; Google then receives your IP address and may store its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
