At Sette Suites & Rooms we respect your personal data and your privacy. This notice relates solely to the recording and processing of data arising from inbound telephone calls.
Inbound telephone calls to the property are recorded and transcribed. The purpose of this processing is to ensure and improve service quality, and to handle reservations and requests accurately. You are informed of the recording by an audio announcement at the start of each call.
Processing is based on the legitimate interests of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), following a balancing assessment against your rights and freedoms.

Recordings and their transcriptions are retained for 90 days from the date of the call. After this period they are automatically deleted.

If you do not wish your call to be recorded, please let us know at the beginning of the call.
